They are signature starting points. Your written proposal confirms the final route, dates, accommodations, visits, meals, transportation, pricing, and optional experiences for your group.

A proposal may include transportation during the program, accommodations, selected meals, admissions and activities, local specialists, a Tour Director, and pre-departure preparation. Inclusions vary by itinerary and are always stated in writing.

Program pricing is created for the group’s dates, departure city, traveler count, rooming, inclusions, and itinerary. Dione provides a clear written proposal before enrollment or payment begins.

Payment timing and available options are confirmed with each group’s proposal. Families should review all deposit, payment, cancellation, and refund terms before enrolling.

Groups travel with professional on-tour leadership appropriate to the itinerary, supported by local specialists and Dione’s operations team. The final proposal explains the support structure for each departure.

Travelers are responsible for having the documents required for their nationality and destination. Dione shares practical guidance, but government requirements can change and should be verified through official sources before travel.

We want to discuss needs as early as possible. Some destinations and activities have physical or logistical limitations, so Dione reviews requests individually and explains what can reasonably be supported before commitment.

Yes. A signature itinerary can be adjusted around your subject, destination goals, group profile, schedule, and preferred pace. Custom routing is subject to feasibility and final proposal terms.
